Sept 14th Sunday Pop up Afternoon Retreat - Limited spaces available for this fireside afternoon of total rest and nourishment by the sea. This will be a full reset for body and mind which we all need as we move back into routine after such an energetic time of year. Take this opportunity to slow down this autumn and start this ‘new beginnings’ time of year with intention.
Remembering we are worthy of rest and not just productivity. We’re all aware of the rise of burnout and overwhelm and there is an expectation that we should be creating perfect workout rituals, morning routines, taking advanced classes, meditating, gardening, making organic dinners and working on creative passion projects to boot. This pressure is a chronic stressor. So lets gently acknowledge these patterns of urgency, perfectionism, chronic busyness and people-pleasing. We can be so concerned with what our best life should look like that we forget how our best life should FEEL like. It may not look as impressive to others but it MUST be part of our life. Freedom to rest, to be slow, to take a nap, to be still, to say no to a party, to be enough.
