July 19th Pop up Morning Retreat - Limited spaces available for this morning of total rest and nourishment by the sea. Arrive for a late morning herbal tea and snack with a view and take some time to chat and get settled. There will be a lovely soft landing and arriving, gentle breathwork practices, some flow to music, some yin followed by some lovely restorative poses and a gentle meditation to finish. This will be a full reset for body and mind which we all need at such a busy energetic time of year. We will move our nervous systems from being on go to rest and digest. Take this opportunity to downregulate and slow down and refill your cup as we come towards the end of the brightest busiest time of year and prepare to step into autumn.
Lets allow our nervous systems to feel safe enough to move out of survival mode. A shift from hypervigilance to trust. Remembering we are worthy of rest and not just productivity. Releasing patterns of urgency, perfectionism, chronic busyness and people-pleasing. Freedom to rest, to be slow, to be still, to be enough.
